LED Solutions NW provides LED wall rentals, event production services, audio-visual equipment rentals, crew scheduling and management, and related technical support for events throughout the Pacific Northwest. Specific service terms, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements and contracts.
Certain features of our Services, including the admin dashboard and crew portal, require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify LED Solutions NW immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Crew member accounts are created and managed by LED Solutions NW administrators. Access to the crew portal is granted at the sole discretion of LED Solutions NW and may be revoked at any time.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Equipment rentals are subject to the specific terms outlined in your individual rental agreement or service contract. The following general terms apply to all equipment rentals:
Specific pricing, availability, and detailed rental terms are provided on a per-event basis and are governed by your signed rental or service agreement.
All content on the LED Solutions NW website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of LED Solutions NW or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without prior written consent from LED Solutions NW.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from LED Solutions NW, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to crew scheduling, event updates, assignment notifications, and other service-related communications.
We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LED Solutions NW and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
LED Solutions NW's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to LED Solutions NW in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LED Solutions NW, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
LED Solutions NW reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue mediation or binding arbitration in King County, Washington, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
LED Solutions NW reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
